excited for this vlog!! missing ur weekly pod episodes btw but i totaly understand the rationale! and i was catching up on some of ur previous vlogs today and i wanted to mention 1 thing i forgot which vlog it was in but you mentioned becoming stronger and more confident in the gym since ur wedding might be in about 6 months and you said that ur next program might be a wedding guide but a very long-term not quick and unrealistic one and i was suprised to hear u say wedding program even tho i know u meant it in a good and strong way and i was wondering if when you do that, u can word it like becoming ur best self for urself or becoming strong for urself instead of for a wedding program bc i know that tons of people think u have to work on ur body for ur wedding (and i know u meant literarly becoming stronger/confident/mental health at its best) bc i know how u always portay things but if someone came across that wedding program w/o knowing u and ur pure intentions i fear they may fall into the wedding body changes trap. i hope this doesnt seem neg or offend u, cause i love ur inteniotns and just wanted to give some feedback of how it sounded <3 <3 thanks sm!! love ur stuff
